In order to serve you and other clients respectfully, the following are salon policies and information:
* Appointments are preferred, walk-ins are welcome. As we love to take walk-ins, we do not always have availability due to previously scheduled appointments and or other walk-ins. We will always do our best to fit you in but if we can't, we would be happy to schedule an appointment for you.
* All stylists are independent and some are available by appointment only.
* If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call and reschedule with a 24 hour notice. This enables other clients to be booked in your time slot. If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
* We understand that there will be times when you are running late. To ensure a smooth operation, the allotted time for your service will be shortened with no fee adjustment.
* All salon prices are starting at.
* Prices are subject to change without notice.
* Gift Certificates are available for any denomination or service.
* Checks, Cash, Zelle, Mastercard, Visa and Discover are gladly accepted.
* A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
* Gratuities are not included in any of our pricing.
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not conduct themselves properly to staff.
